When happens after placing my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Handling time may extend to 5 days during peak seasons.
Estimated delivery times (from dispatch date, not order date):
- Australia: 8–14 business days
- United States: 8–14 business days
- United Kingdom: 8–10 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Rest of World: 8–16 business days
Tracking is provided for all orders.
Free Shipping for orders over $99
Orders may arrive in separate parcels.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 4 days to update so please be patient.

Lost or stolen orders
4Beauty accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
