Return and Refund Policy & Procedures

 

At 4Beauty, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Change of Mind

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. If you need to adjust the size, variant, or other details, please contact our support team at help@4beauty.com.au. within this timeframe to make changes before your order is processed.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return:  

 

          Items must be in their original conditionunworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

          proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.


Returns Accepted for:

• Wrong item received

• Damaged item

• Defective item

• Item not as described

Conditions:

• Item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging

• Sets must be complete

• Sale or promo items are not returnable

• Lip products, lashes, nail items, and beauty tools not returnable unless sealed

 

How to initiate a return:

          Contact us at help@4beauty.com.au to request a return.

          Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

          Once your return is approved, we will process your refund and issue it to your original payment method.

          4Beauty does not charge restocking fees for returns.

 

Shipping for Returns

          Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items.

 

          We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at help@4beauty.com.au.

We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly, including offering a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original one according to our return policy. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Orders

4Beauty is not responsible for items marked as successfully delivered by the courier but reported as lost or stolen. Unfortunately, we cannot offer reimbursement or replacements for such cases. We recommend contacting the courier for further assistance.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued for damaged, faulty, or never-arrived items (after 45 business days).

Requesting a Refund:

Email help@4beauty.com.au  with order number, photos/videos, and issue details.

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times.

Returns NOT Accepted for:

• Opened or used beauty products

• Incorrect address provided by customer

• Shipping delays
